I've been with Jennifee knighten State Farm for a few years now, and I wouldn't use any other agents. The staff is all super Nice. Haley reminds me about monthly payments if needed. Calls me back ASAP when she can if I have a question. She's just Great. The entire Team is Great!!!
Haley is amazing! She made the process of switching insurance carriers so easy! Even with adding a new driving teenager to the policy. Haley is so down to earth and was there to make the process easy and painless. Most of all less confusing! When your giving each other a hug at the end you know you have a good agent. She is one valuable asset to State Farm.
I have been with Hailey for years now. I know I'm not the perfect client but she has been so patient with me and very easy to talk to. No matter how many times I need to adjust my policies she always has my best interest at heart. I have even recommended some of my friends to Hailey and they loved the service she gave them. If it wasn't for Hailey I would have went somewhere else for insurance but now she's stuck with me and my family .
